Rebound boots

Rebound boots can be used for indoor or outdoor use. The rubber soles are gentle on floors and ensures safety is #1. Every part of the boot, besides the outer shell, can be replaced, increasing the lifespan of your boot. Customize your bands to match your personality. The outer boot is made of crack-proof polyurethane. Buckles and straps allow for easy on and off, as well as an increase in sturdiness. Adjustable tension to customize your workout. If you are looking to rent the boots for class, there is a $5 rental fee, or if you would like your own pair, Springenfit sells rebounding boots, and all the parts needed.

What to Wear

We suggest you wear comfortable gym clothes that you can easily move in and for women, a high impact bra. Having breathable clothing allows for comfort, as you will get warm during the class from the high intensity movements. We recommend that you wear knee high socks for your comfort to prevent the boots from rubbing. Bring a towel and a bottle of water. A pair of running shoes are needed to do stretching at the end of class.
